Thank you for choosing Metro Elite Sports Inc. (“Metro Elite Sports,” “we,” “us”). This Refund & Return Policy applies to event registrations, spectator tickets, memberships, and merchandise purchased through our website, Teamlinkt, or in person. For participation rules and legal terms, please see our Terms & Conditions.

1) Event Registrations

1.1 Final sale
All event registrations are non-refundable once payment is processed.

1.2 Postponements / reschedules.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled (including weather or venue issues), your registration automatically transfers to the new date. No refunds or credits are issued if you cannot attend the rescheduled date.

1.3 Multiple postponements
If an event is postponed more than once due to circumstances beyond our control, your registration will continue to transfer to the next scheduled date. No refunds are issued for postponements.

1.4 Cancellation by organizer
If Metro Elite Sports cancels an event in its entirety (not a postponement), you will receive a 100% refund, including platform/processing fees, to the original payment method within 14 business days.

1.5 Team substitutions/transfers (timing)
A registered team may request a substitution (another eligible team takes your spot) up to 7 calendar days before the event, subject to approval via email. Unauthorized transfers may be denied at check-in and are not refundable.

1.6 No-shows & late arrivals
Teams/participants who fail to check in on time or miss scheduled games are not eligible for refunds or credits.

1.7 Check-in & roster issues (refund impact)
Government ID may be required at check-in. Only rostered players may participate. Violations, ineligible players, or disqualifications are not refundable.

1.8 Spectator tickets
Spectator ticket sales are non-refundable. If an event is postponed, tickets automatically transfer to the new date. If an event is canceled by the organizer, spectator tickets will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 14 business days.

1.9 Pricing & transaction errors
We reserve the right to correct pricing, tax, or transaction errors (including duplicate charges) and will promptly reverse or refund erroneous charges to the original payment method.

1.10 Discounts & promotions
Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively after payment. Expired or unauthorized codes are invalid. Promotional terms (eligibility, limits, duration) apply as stated at the time of offer.

1.11 Waitlist
If capacity is reached, a waitlist may be offered. Waitlisted teams are not charged until accepted. If payment is taken in error and you are not placed, a full refund will be issued.

2) Memberships

2.1 Final sale
All memberships (any type/duration) are non-refundable once purchased.

3) Merchandise Exchanges (only)

3.1 Exchange window
You may request an exchange within 14 days of purchase (or delivery for shipped items).

3.2 Condition
Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags/packaging. Exchanges not meeting these standards may be refused.

3.3 Damaged/defective items
Email support within 7 days of delivery with photos. Upon approval, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or allow an exchange of equal value. We also cover outbound shipping on approved replacements.

3.4 How to request (RMA required)
Email support@metroelitesports.org with order number, item(s), reason, and preferred exchange item. We will issue Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Do not ship returns without an RMA; the return address will be provided in the RMA email. Returns without an RMA may be delayed or refused.

3.5 Exchange value & stock limits
Exchanges are for items of equal or lesser value. If the new item is less, the difference is not refunded. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability; if unavailable, we may offer a comparable item or store credit at our discretion.

3.6 Shipping costs (preference-based exchanges)
For size/color/style changes not due to defect, customers are responsible for return shipping to us and outbound shipping for the replacement.

3.7 Final-sale items
Customized items, worn apparel, hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., headwear), digital goods, and items marked “final sale” are not eligible for exchange unless defective on arrival.

3.8 Shipping loss or theft
Risk of loss transfers to the carrier upon shipment. For lost/stolen packages, please file a claim with the carrier; we will assist with documentation where possible.

4) Payments, Fees & Timing

4.1 Refund method
Approved refunds under 1.4 (event canceled by organizer) are returned to the original payment method only. We do not issue cash refunds.

4.2 Processing time
Approved refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment platform (e.g., Teamlinkt, Stripe, Square).

4.3 Platform/processing fees (organizer cancellations)
When Metro Elite Sports cancels an event under 1.4, we refund registration fees and platform/processing fees. If the payment processor does not return fees, we will cover those fees to complete your full refund.

4.4 Chargebacks & disputes
Please contact us first to resolve issues. By completing a purchase, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution with Metro Elite Sports before initiating a chargeback. We contest fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks and may restrict future participation in cases of abuse.

4.5 Taxes & currency
All prices are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may be subject to applicable taxes and fees under Texas and local law.

6) Policy Administration

Conflicts. If any promotional material conflicts with this policy, this Refund & Returns Policy controls unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement signed by Metro Elite Sports.
Severability. If any provision of this policy is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Privacy. Purchases are subject to our Privacy Policy. We may contact you about your order and future Metro Elite Sports events; you may opt out of marketing at any time.
Updates. We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date.
