Teams can register online at https://metroelitesports.org/tournaments/.
The deadline to register for a tournament is 1 week before the tournament.
Teams that register will pay online with their Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex credit card during registration.
No, a player can only play on one team within a single division of any tournament.

Please complete this form to update your roster before the first game of the tournament.
Schedules will be posted by 5:00 PM on Thursday of the week of the tournament. If a special circumstance arises, a notice will be posted on the schedule page for that specific tournament.
Teams must check in at the team check-in table at least 1 hour before their first game. Teams will be provided with a team packet, which will include player passes. Teams must submit the Roster/ Participation Agreement & Waiver Form to Metro Elite Sports before playing their first game. Each team must have identification on site for each player.
